A private company registered in British Columbia on 26 May 2008, Newgenco Exploration (North America) Limited (‘NENA‘), is focused on Ni-Cu-PGE opportunities in Canada and the USA.

In June 2008, NENA signed a 3-year strategic exploration Targeting Alliance with ASX-listed OZ Minerals, Australia’s third largest diversified mining company.

Following the takeover of OZ Minerals, this Alliance relationship has been transferred to private Melbourne-based company, Minerals and Metals Group (MMG). MMG is owned by Minmetals Resources Limited (MMR), a company listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange.

As at December 2010, MMG is operating two projects in Ontario on behalf of the Alliance
