A private company registered in British Columbia on 26 May 2008, Newgenco Exploration (North America) Limited (‘NENA‘), is focused on Ni-Cu-PGE opportunities in Canada and the USA.

In June 2008, NENA signed a 3-year strategic exploration Targeting Alliance with ASX-listed OZ Minerals, Australia’s third largest diversified mining company.  Following the takeover of OZ Minerals, this Alliance relationship has been transferred to private Melbourne-based company, Minerals and Metals Group (MMG). MMG is owned by Minmetals Resources Limited (MMR), a company listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange.  The Targeting Alliance concluded in June 2011.

As at March 2012, MMG is operating two projects in Ontario on behalf of the JV partners
